OCA CIRCULAR NO. 53-2021

Upon clarification with Chief Justice Alexander G. Gesmundo, the extension of the deadline for the filing of the 2020 Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth (SALN) to 31 May 2021, pursuant to Administrative Circular No. 26-2021, dated 15 April 2021, covers all judges and court personnel of the first and second level courts nationwide.
All the other provisions of AC No. 26-2021 not inconsistent herewith shall remain valid and in effect.
