Converting the Extension Office of the LTO in Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro into the LTO District Office-Pinamalayan
Republic Act No. 11693, enacted on April 11, 2022, converts the extension office of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) in Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro, into a "Class B" District Office, named the LTO District Office-Pinamalayan. The Secretary of Transportation is tasked with incorporating its operationalization into the Department's program, with funding provided in the annual General Appropriations Act. The law takes effect 15 days after publication in the Official Gazette or in two newspapers of general circulation. This act lapsed into law without the President's signature, as permitted by the Constitution.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 11693
AN ACT CONVERTING THE EXTENSION OFFICE OF THE LAND TRANSPORTATION OFFICE (LTO) IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PINAMALAYAN, ORIENTAL MINDORO INTO A DISTRICT OFFICE TO BE KNOWN AS THE LTO DISTRICT OFFICE-PINAMALAYAN AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The extension office of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) in the Municipality of Pinamalayan, Province of Oriental Mindoro is hereby converted into a "Class B" District Office to be known as the Land Transportation Office (LTO) District Office-Pinamalayan.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of Transportation shall immediately include in the Department's program the operationalization of the LTO District Office in the Municipality of Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in at least two (2) newspapers of general circulation.
