REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10012
AN ACT CONVERTING THE EASTERN BOBONGAN-SOMINOT-MIDSALIP-DUMINGAG PROVINCIAL ROAD TRAVERSING THE MUNICIPALITIES OF RAMON MAGSAYSAY, SOMINOT, MIDSALIP AND DUMINGAG, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR INTO A NATIONAL ROAD
SECTION 1. The Eastern Bobongan-Sominot-Midsalip-Dumingag Provincial Road traversing the municipalities of Ramon Magsaysay, Sominot, Midsalip and Dumingag, Province of Zamboanga del Sur is hereby converted into a national road. HACaSc
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
