Converting the Dabubu High School-Annex in Brgy. Sinaoangan Sur, Municipality of San Agustin, Isabela into Southeastern Region High School

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 11178

AN ACT SEPARATING THE DABUBU HIGH SCHOOL-ANNEX IN BARANGAY SINAOANGAN SUR, MUNICIPALITY OF SAN AGUSTIN, PROVINCE OF ISABELA FROM THE DABUBU HIGH SCHOOL, CONVERTING IT INTO AN INDEPENDENT NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS SOUTHEASTERN REGION HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

SECTION 1. The Dabubu High School-Annex in Barangay Sinaoangan Sur, Municipality of San Agustin, Province of Isabela is hereby separated from the Dabubu High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Southeastern Region High School. aScITE

SECTION 2. All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Dabubu High School-Annex are hereby transferred to and absorbed by the Southeastern Region High School.

SECTION 3. The Secretary of Education shall immediately include in the Department's program the operationalization of the Southeastern Region High School, the initial funding of which shall be charged against the current year's appropriation of the Dabubu High School-Annex. Thereafter, the amount necessary for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

SECTION 4. The Secretary of Education shall formulate the rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act within ninety (90) days after its effectivity. DETACa

SECTION 5. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in any newspaper of general circulation.
