REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7421
AN ACT CONVERTING THE RURAL HEALTH UNIT IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PARACALE, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES NORTE, INTO A FIVE-BED CAPACITY HEALTH INFIRMARY, TO BE KNOWN AS THE PARACALE HEALTH INFIRMARY, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The rural health unit in the Municipality of Paracale, Province of Camarines Norte, is hereby converted into a five-bed capacity health infirmary, to be known as the Paracale Health Infirmary, under the supervision of the Department of Health. acd
SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. aisa dc
