REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8040
AN ACT CONVERTING THE TAYTAY MUNICIPAL HIGH SCHOOL INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE TAYTAY NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAYTAY, PROVINCE OF RIZAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The Taytay Municipal High School is hereby converted into a national high school to be known as the Taytay National High School. aisa dc
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
