Conversion of Tarlac Provincial High School into Tarlac National High School

BATAS PAMBANSA BLG. 636
AN ACT CONVERTING THE TARLAC PROVINCIAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TARLAC, PROVINCE OF TARLAC, INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE TARLAC NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL
SECTION 1. The Tarlac Provincial High School in the Municipality of Tarlac, Province of Tarlac, is converted into a national high school to be known as the Tarlac National High School.
SECTION 2. The Tarlac National High School shall continue to be operated and maintained by the provincial government and from its share in the funds provided as budgetary assistance to local schools until such time as funds for its operation and maintenance as a national high school shall have been included in the annual General Appropriations Act. acd
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
