Conversion of Sitio Bagongbayan of Barrio Ilian in Roxas, Palawan into a Barrio
Republic Act No. 1528, approved on June 16, 1956, officially converts the sitio of Bagongbayan in the Barrio of Ilian, Municipality of Roxas, Province of Palawan, into a distinct barrio named Bagongbayan. The Act took effect immediately upon its approval. It was subsequently published in the Official Gazette on August 16, 1956.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1528
AN ACT CONVERTING THE SITIO OF BAGONGBAYAN IN THE BARRIO OF ILIAN, MUNICIPALITY OF ROXAS, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN, INTO A BARRIO
SECTION 1. The sitio of Bagongbayan in the Barrio of Ilian, Municipality of Roxas, Province of Palawan, is converted into a barrio of said municipality to be known as the Barrio of Bagongbayan.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
