REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10138
AN ACT CONVERTING SHOE AVENUE IN BARANGAYS SAN ROQUE, STA. ELENA AND STO. NIÑO, CITY OF MARIKINA INTO A NATIONAL ROAD
SECTION 1. The Shoe Avenue in barangays San Roque, Sta. Elena and Sto. Niño, City of Marikina is hereby converted into a national road. cADaIH
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
