REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5824
AN ACT CONVERTING THE MUNICIPAL PORT OF PALOMPON IN THE PROVINCE OF LEYTE INTO A NATIONAL PORT
SECTION 1. The municipal port of Palompon in the Province of Leyte is hereby converted into a national port. cd
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Enacted without Executive approval, June 21, 1969.
