AN ACT CONVERTING THE ORIENTAL MINDORO PROVINCIAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CALAPAN, PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO, INTO A NATIONAL SECONDARY SCHOOL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE ORIENTAL MINDORO NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL

SECTION 1. The Oriental Mindoro Provincial High School in the Municipality of Calapan, Province of Oriental Mindoro, is converted into a national secondary school, to be known as the Oriental Mindoro National High School. Said school shall be under the Bureau of Secondary Education of the Ministry of Education and Culture. cd i

SECTION 2. The amount of one hundred thousand pesos for the operation of the school shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 131 for the Ministry of Education and Culture intended for new national schools: Provided, That the local government unit concerned shall continue to provide its share in the cost of operating and maintaining said school. Thereafter, the sum needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. asia dc

SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
