Conversion of Misamis Oriental Provincial Hospital into Northern Mindanao Regional Training Hospital

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4662
AN ACT CONVERTING THE MISAMIS ORIENTAL PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL INTO A REGIONAL TRAINING HOSPITAL, TO BE KNOWN AS NORTHERN MINDANAO REGIONAL TRAINING HOSPITAL AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. Misamis Oriental Provincial Hospital at Cagayan de Oro City is hereby converted into a regional training hospital, to be known as Northern Mindanao Regional Training Hospital, with a three hundred-bed capacity.
SECTION 2. The present officials, staff employees and laborers of Misamis Oriental Provincial Hospital shall be absorbed by Northern Mindanao Regional Training Hospital. The salaries and wages of these personnel shall be adjusted in accordance with the Wage and Position Classification Organization range for each respective scale and in accordance with other existing salary laws and regulations. cdt
SECTION 3. One million five hundred thirteen thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the conversion, operation and maintenance of the said hospital during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-seven. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
