AN ACT CONVERTING THE MATARAGAN BARANGAY HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MALIBCONG, PROVINCE OF ABRA, INTO A NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE MATARAGAN NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL
SECTION 1. The Mataragan Barangay High School in the municipality of Malibcong, Province of Abra, is hereby converted into a national agricultural school to be known as the Mataragan National Agricultural School. cd
SECTION 2. The amount of one hundred thousand pesos for the operation of the school shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 131 for the Ministry of Education and Culture intended for new national schools: Provided, That the local government unit concerned shall continue to provide its share in the cost of operating and maintaining said school. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. casia
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
