Conversion of Libertad Brgy. High School in Surralah, South Cotabato Into a National High School
Batas Pambansa Blg. 584, enacted on June 24, 1983, converts the Libertad Barangay High School in Surralah, South Cotabato, into a national high school, named Libertad National High School. The school will continue to be funded through local resources and national aid for the current fiscal year, with future funding to be included in the General Appropriations Acts. BATAS PAMBANSA BLG. 584
AN ACT CONVERTING THE LIBERTAD BARANGAY HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SURRALAH, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO, INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE LIBERTAD NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The Libertad Barangay High School in the Municipality of Surralah, Province of South Cotabato, is converted into a national high school to be known as the Libertad National High School. cd i
SECTION 2. The operation of said school for the current fiscal year shall continue to be funded out of local funds and from its share of national aid to local schools. The requirements for succeeding fiscal years shall be provided in the forthcoming General Appropriations Acts.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
