Conversion of Lanao Del Norte Agro-Industrial High School in Tubod, Lanao Del Norte Into a National Agro-Industrial High School

AN ACT CONVERTING THE LANAO NORTE AGRO-INDUSTRIAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARRIO BUALAN, IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TUBOD, PROVINCE OF LANAO DEL NORTE, INTO A NATIONAL AGRO-INDUSTRIAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE LANAO NORTE NATIONAL AGRO-INDUSTRIAL HIGH SCHOOL

SECTION 1. The Lanao Norte Agro-Industrial High School in Barrio Bualan, in the Municipality of Tubod, Province of Lanao del Norte, is hereby converted into a national agro-industrial high school, to be known as the Lanao Norte National Agro-Industrial High School. cd

SECTION 2. The Ministry of Education and Culture is hereby directed to take the necessary steps for the conversion and operation of said school and immediate implementation of this Act. cd

SECTION 3. The amount of two hundred fifty thousand pesos for the operation of the school shall be charged to the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 80 for the Ministry of Education and Culture intended for new national schools: Provided, That the local government unit concerned shall continue to provide its share in the cost of operating and maintaining said school. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
