AN ACT CONVERTING THE ILIGAN CITY HIGH SCHOOL IN THE CITY OF ILIGAN INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE ILIGAN CITY NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The Iligan City High School in the City of Iligan is converted into a national high school, to be known as the Iligan City National High School.
SECTION 2. The amount of one hundred thousand pesos for the operation of the school shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 131 for the Ministry of Education and Culture intended for new national schools: Provided, That the local government unit concerned shall continue to provide its share in the cost of operating and maintaining said school. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. casia
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
