BATAS PAMBANSA BLG. 313
AN ACT CONVERTING THE GUMACA PROVINCIAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GUMACA, PROVINCE OF QUEZON, INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE GUMACA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL
SECTION 1. The Gumaca Provincial High School in the Municipality of Gumaca, Province of Quezon, is converted into a national high school, to be known as the Gumaca National High School. cdt
SECTION 2. The amount of one hundred thousand pesos for the operation of the school shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 131 for the Ministry of Education and Culture intended for new national schools: Provided, That the local government unit concerned shall continue to provide its share in the cost of operating and maintaining said school. Thereafter, the amount needed for its operation shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. acd
