Conversion of Guinobatan Rural High School in Albay into Roxas Memorial Agricultural School

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 338
AN ACT CONVERTING THE GUINOBATAN RURAL HIGH SCHOOL INTO AN AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE ROXAS MEMORIAL AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL, AND PLACING AT ITS DISPOSAL ALL THE PROPERTIES, INCLUDING THEIR INCOME, IN MAURARO, GUINOBATAN, ALBAY, WHICH FORMERLY BELONGED TO JAPANESE SUBJECTS AND NOW BELONG TO THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES, FOR THE USE, MAINTENANCE, OPERATION AND IMPROVEMENT OF SAID AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL
SECTION 1. The Guinobatan Rural High School at Guinobatan, Albay, is hereby converted into an agricultural school to be known as the Roxas Memorial Agricultural School.
SECTION 2. All members of the teaching staff and personnel, and all appropriations, furniture, equipment and other properties of the Guinobatan Rural High School existing at the time of approval of this Act shall thereafter belong to the Roxas Memorial Agricultural School. aisa dc
SECTION 3. All lands, buildings and other properties in Mauraro, Guinobatan, Albay, which formerly belonged to Japanese subjects and now belong to the Republic of the Philippines shall, altogether with their income, be transferred to and placed at the disposal of the Roxas Memorial Agricultural School for the use, maintenance, operation and improvement of said Agricultural School.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
