REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10549
AN ACT CONVERTING THE GENERAL EVANGELISTA PROVINCIAL ROAD IN THE CITY OF BACOOR, PROVINCE OF CAVITE INTO A NATIONAL ROAD AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The 4.43-kilometer General Evangelista Provincial Road in the City of Bacoor, Province of Cavite is hereby converted into a national road under the jurisdiction of the Department of Public Works and Highways.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall include in the Department's program the improvement, maintenance and repair of the said road, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. DHAcET
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
