Conversion of Calbayog City Emergency Hospital into Calbayog City General Hospital

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3153
AN ACT CONVERTING THE CALBAYOG CITY EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN THE CITY OF CALBAYOG INTO A GENERAL HOSPITAL TO BE KNOWN AS THE CALBAYOG CITY GENERAL HOSPITAL
SECTION 1. The Calbayog City Emergency Hospital in the City of Calbayog is converted into a general hospital to be known as the Calbayog City General Hospital.
SECTION 2. The operation and maintenance of this hospital shall be governed by the provisions of Republic Act Numbered Nineteen hundred thirty-nine, otherwise known as the Hospital Financing Act. aisa dc
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
