AN ACT CONVERTING THE CADIZ CITY HIGH SCHOOL IN THE CITY OF CADIZ INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE DR. VICENTE F. GUSTILO MEMORIAL NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

SECTION 1. The Cadiz High School in the City of Cadiz is converted into a national high school to be known as the Dr. Vicente F. Gustilo Memorial National High School. cd

SECTION 2. The Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports is directed to take such steps as are necessary for the conversion and operation of the school and the immediate implementation of this Act.

SECTION 3. The operation of said school for the current fiscal year shall continue to be funded out of local funds and from its share of national aid to local schools. The requirements for succeeding fiscal years shall be provided in the forthcoming General Appropriations Acts. casia

SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
