REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7826

AN ACT CONVERTING THE BUTIGUE NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL ANNEX IN BARANGAY BUTIGUE, MUNICIPALITY OF PARACELIS, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, INTO AN INDEPENDENT NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE BUTIGUE NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

SECTION 1. The Butigue National High School Annex in Barangay Butigue, Municipality of Paracelis, Mountain Province, is hereby separated from the Paracelis National High School in the Municipality of Paracelis, Mountain Province, and converted into an independent national high school to be known as the Butigue National High School.

SECTION 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such orders, rules and circulars as may be necessary for the implementation of this Act.

SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. casia
