Conversion of Binalonan Community High School in Binalonan, Pangasinan Into a National High School

AN ACT CONVERTING THE BINALONAN COMMUNITY HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BINALONAN, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN, INTO A NATIONAL SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE BINALONAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR

SECTION 1. The Binalonan Community High School in the Municipality of Binalonan, Province of Pangasinan, is hereby converted into a national school to be known as the Binalonan National High School. Said school shall offer general secondary curriculum, vocational curriculum, and other technical courses.

SECTION 2. The Minister of Education and Culture is hereby empowered to reorganize said school accordingly. cdt

SECTION 3. The amount of one hundred thousand pesos for the operation of the school shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 131 for the Ministry of Education and Culture intended for new national schools: Provided, That the local government unit concerned shall continue to provide its share in the cost of operating and maintaining said school. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
