Conversion of Banaran Brgy. High School in Sapa-Sapa, Tawi-Tawi into a National High School
Batas Pambansa Blg. 573, enacted on June 24, 1983, converts the Banaran Barangay High School in Sapa-Sapa, Tawi-Tawi, into a national high school, to be named Banaran National High School. The school will continue to receive funding from local sources and national aid for the current fiscal year, while future funding will be addressed in upcoming General Appropriations Acts. The law took effect upon its approval and was published in the Official Gazette on April 30, 1984.

AN ACT CONVERTING THE BANARAN BARANGAY HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAPA-SAPA, PROVINCE OF TAWI-TAWI, INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE BANARAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The Banaran Barangay High School in the Municipality of Sapa-Sapa, Province of Tawi-Tawi, is converted into a national high school to be known as the Banaran National High School.
SECTION 2. The operation of said school for the current fiscal year shall continue to be funded out of local funds and from its shares of national aid to local schools. The requirements for succeeding fiscal years shall be provided in the forthcoming General Appropriations Acts.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. cd i
