Republic Act No. 3428, enacted on June 18, 1961, converts the Angadanan High School in Isabela into a vocational high school modeled after the Rodriguez Vocational High School of Manila, to be named Angadanan Vocational High School. The school will operate under the supervision of the Bureau of Public Schools and will offer secondary level courses. An initial appropriation of 150,000 pesos is allocated for its operation and maintenance in the fiscal year 1962, with future funding to be included in annual General Appropriation Acts. The act took effect upon its approval and was published in the Official Gazette on July 9, 1962.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3428
AN ACT CONVERTING THE ANGADANAN HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ANGADANAN, PROVINCE OF ISABELA, INTO A VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL OF THE RODRIGUEZ VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL OF MANILA TYPE TO BE KNOWN AS THE ANGADANAN VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The Angadanan High School in the Municipality of Angadanan, Province of Isabela, is hereby converted into a vocational high school of the Rodriguez Vocational High School of Manila type to be known as the Angadanan Vocational High School. The said school shall be under the supervision of the Bureau of Public Schools and subject to the provisions of the School Law. Courses of secondary level shall be offered in the said school.
SECTION 2. The sum of one hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the operation and maintenance of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-two. Such sums as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance in subsequent years shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts. acd
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
