Republic Act No. 10733, enacted on December 29, 2015, converts the Andres Bonifacio Elementary School in Barangay Jalandoni-Wilson, Iloilo City, into an integrated school, now named Andres Bonifacio Integrated School. It mandates the transfer of all personnel, assets, liabilities, and records from the former elementary school to the new integrated school. The Secretary of Education is tasked with including the operationalization of this new school in the Department's annual budget and is responsible for issuing necessary rules and regulations for implementation. The Act takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10733

AN ACT CONVERTING THE ANDRES BONIFACIO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN BARANGAY JALANDONI-WILSON, CITY PROPER DISTRICT, ILOILO CITY INTO AN INTEGRATED SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS ANDRES BONIFACIO INTEGRATED SCHOOL

SECTION 1. Conversion into an Integrated School. — The Andres Bonifacio Elementary School in Barangay Jalandoni-Wilson, City Proper District, Iloilo City is hereby converted into an integrated school to be known as Andres Bonifacio Integrated School. EcTCAD

SECTION 2. Transfer of Assets and Liabilities. — All personnel, assets, liabilities and records of the Andres Bonifacio Elementary School are hereby transferred to and absorbed by the Andres Bonifacio Integrated School.

SECTION 3. Appropriations. — The Secretary of Education shall immediately include in the Department's program the operationalization of the Andres Bonifacio Integrated School, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

SECTION 4. Implementation. — The Secretary of Education shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

SECTION 5. Effectivity. — This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
