Batas Pambansa Blg. 611, enacted on June 24, 1983, converts the Aliaga Provincial High School in Nueva Ecija into a national high school, to be named Aliaga National High School. The Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports is tasked with overseeing the conversion and operation of the school. Funding for the current fiscal year will come from local sources and national aid, while future funding will be included in the General Appropriations Acts. The law takes effect upon approval and was published in the Official Gazette on May 14, 1984.

AN ACT CONVERTING THE ALIAGA PROVINCIAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ALIAGA, PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECIJA, INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS ALIAGA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

SECTION 1. The Aliaga Provincial High School in the Municipality of Aliaga, Province of Nueva Ecija, is hereby converted into a national high school to be known as Aliaga National High School. acd

SECTION 2. The Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports is hereby directed to take steps as are necessary for the conversion, operation and immediate implementation of this Act.

SECTION 3. The operation of said school for the current fiscal year shall continue to be funded out of local funds and from its share of national aid to local schools. The requirements for succeeding fiscal years shall be provided in the forthcoming General Appropriations Acts.

SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
