Control and Supervision of the NEDA Over the Bicol River Basin Program ( Letter of Instructions No. 198 )

LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 198

Pending the formulation of necessary changes on existing arrangements relating to the Bicol River Basin Program, it is directed that all activities relating to planning, management and administration of the Program will be under the direct control and supervision of the National Economic and Development Authority through the Regional Development Council for Region No. V. cd

Further, in order to provide basis for the formulation of development plans in the Bicol River Basin consistent with regional and national development programs, activities in the area for the time being should mainly consist of project identification, surveys, and pilot project data gathering.

All concerned shall be guided accordingly.
