LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 610

    Philippine Tourism Authority 

To enable the Philippine Tourism Authority to carry-out the construction of the Sports and Recreation Complex at Bo. Suba, Paoay, Ilocos Norte, it is hereby ordered that:

1. The National Electrification Administration shall provide electric power lines along the main roads inside the complex and install street lights therein;

2. The Wells and Springs Division of the Bureau of Public Works is hereby tasked to tap underground water resources to supply fresh water needs of the complex and to provide the necessary pipelines to the reservoir;

3. The Secretary of National Defense shall provide the security services during the construction of various facilities to the person, as well as on the properties of the contractors and the PTA, during and after construction of the facilities;

4. The General Manager of the Philippine tourism Authority may negotiate directly to the reputable contractors in the construction of the various facilities of the complex as an exemption to Executive Order No. 398 and Sec. 37 of Presidential Decree No. 564; cdt

5. The Secretary of Public Highways shall construct the roads and drainage system within the complex.
