SUPREME COURT ADMINISTRATIVE CIRCULAR NO. 05-95

In connection with COMELEC Resolution No. 2768, dated February 24, 1995, "Extending the Period for Filing Petitions for Inclusion and Exclusion of Voters," to March 8, 1995, all Offices of the Clerks of Court in the Metropolitan Trial Courts, Municipal Trial Courts in Cities, Municipal Trial Courts and Municipal Circuit Trial Courts shall be open on March 4 (Saturday) and March 5, 1995 (Sunday) from 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 noon and 1:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. to enable the parties to file petitions for inclusion and exclusion of voters.
It shall be understood that those who render service on said dates shall be entitled to per diems and travelling expenses chargeable to the court.
Strict compliance hereof is hereby enjoined.
