LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 798

TO : The Chairman
    Board of Censors for Motion Pictures

WHEREAS, members of the Philippine Motion Picture Industry, in collaboration with the defunct Bureau of Standards for Mass Media, formulated in 1974 a Philippine Motion Picture Industry Code of Ethics and a Media Code of the Philippine Motion Picture Industry;

WHEREAS, there is urgent need for the motion picture industry to adopt these Codes;

The Board of Censors for Motion Pictures is therefore hereby instructed to adopt the aforementioned Codes and to enforce their implementation by the members of the industry.
