REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8374
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLAVERIA, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, TO BE KNOWN AS THE CLAVERIA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports, hereinafter referred to as the DECS, shall establish a national high school in the Municipality of Claveria, Province of Cagayan, to be known as the Claveria National High School.
SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. cd
* Lapsed into law on November 13, 1997 without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27 (1) of the Constitution.
