REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9778
AN ACT DECLARING JANUARY 12 OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL NONWORKING PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF TALISAY, PROVINCE OF CEBU TO BE KNOWN AS THE "CHARTER DAY OF THE CITY OF TALISAY"
SECTION 1. January 12 of every year is hereby declared to be a special nonworking public holiday in the City of Talisay, Province of Cebu to commemorate its founding day and to be known as the "Charter Day of the City of Talisay". CcaDHT
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
