REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5641
AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAPAO, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL NORTE, TO STA. MONICA
SECTION 1. The name of the Municipality of Sapao, Province of Surigao del Norte, is hereby changed to Sta. Monica.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
