BATAS PAMBANSA BLG. 123
AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE PANGASINAN GENERAL HOSPITAL IN THE CITY OF DAGUPAN TO GOVERNOR TEOFILO SISON PROVINCIAL MEMORIAL HOSPITAL
SECTION 1. The name of the Pangasinan General Hospital in the City of Dagupan is hereby changed to Governor Teofilo Sison Provincial Memorial Hospital. asia dc
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. cd
