REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3997
AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BANNA IN THE PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE, TO ESPIRITU
SECTION 1. The name of the Municipality of Banna in the Province of Ilocos Norte, is hereby changed to Espiritu. acd
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
