Change of Name of Malinta Elementary School in Masbate to Enrique Legaspi, Sr. Elementary School
Republic Act No. 5626, approved on June 21, 1969, officially changes the name of Malinta Elementary School in Masbate to Enrique Legaspi, Sr. Elementary School. The Act stipulates that the name change takes effect immediately upon its approval. It was subsequently published in the Official Gazette on December 8, 1969.

AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF MALINTA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MASBATE, PROVINCE OF MASBATE, TO ENRIQUE LEGASPI, SR. ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
SECTION 1. The name of Malinta Elementary School in the Municipality of Masbate, Province of Masbate, is hereby changed to Enrique Legaspi, Sr. Elementary School. cdt
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
