Batas Pambansa Blg. 741, enacted on April 13, 1984, officially renames the Luklukan Norte Elementary School, located in Barangay Osmea, Municipality of Jose Panganiban, Camarines Norte, to "Osmea Elementary School." AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF LUKLUKAN NORTE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL WHICH IS LOCATED IN BARANGAY OSMEÑA, MUNICIPALITY OF JOSE PANGANIBAN, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES NORTE, TO "OSMEÑA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL"
SECTION 1. The elementary school located in Barangay Osmeña, Municipality of Jose Panganiban, Province of Camarines Norte, now known as Luklukan Norte Elementary School, shall hereafter be known as Osmeña Elementary School.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. cd
