Change of Name of Linabuan Sur Elem. School in Banga, Aklan to Don Josue Songcuya Memorial Elem. School
Batas Pambansa Blg. 733, enacted on April 13, 1984, officially renames the Linabuan Sur Elementary School in Banga, Aklan, to Don Josue Songcuya Memorial Elementary School. This change is effective immediately upon the Act's approval. The law was enacted without the need for executive approval and was published in the Official Gazette on March 4, 1985.

AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE LINABUAN SUR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BANGA, PROVINCE OF AKLAN, TO DON JOSUE SONGCUYA MEMORIAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
SECTION 1. The name of the Linabuan Sur Elementary School located in Barangay Linabuan Sur in the Municipality of Banga, Province of Aklan, is hereby changed to Don Josue Songcuya Memorial Elementary School.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. casia
