Batas Pambansa Blg. 813, enacted on April 27, 1984, officially changes the name of the Jose Abad Santos Emergency Hospital in the Municipality of Jose Abad Santos, Davao del Sur, to Tomas Lachica District Hospital. AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF JOSE ABAD SANTOS EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF JOSE ABAD SANTOS, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR, TO TOMAS LACHICA DISTRICT HOSPITAL
SECTION 1. The name of Jose Abad Santos Emergency Hospital in the Municipality of Jose Abad Santos, Province of Davao del Sur, is hereby changed to Tomas Lachica District Hospital.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
