Change of Name of Jacob Laya General Hospital

BATAS PAMBANSA BLG. 29
AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF JACOB LAYA GENERAL HOSPITAL, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION ONE AND THE TITLE OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED SIXTY-FIVE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY
SECTION 1. Section one of Republic Act Numbered Sixty-five hundred and eighty is hereby amended to read as follows: cdt
"Sec. 1. The Central Ilocos Sur Emergency Hospital in the Municipality of Narvacan, Province of Ilocos Sur is hereby converted into a general hospital to be known as Central Ilocos Sur General Hospital. This Hospital shall have a fifty bed capacity."
SECTION 2. The title of the same Act is hereby amended to read as follows:
"An Act converting Central Ilocos Sur Emergency Hospital in the Municipality of Narvacan, Province of Ilocos Sur into a fifty bed capacity General Hospital to be known as Central Ilocos Sur General Hospital and authorizing the appropriation of funds therefor."
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
