REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9447
AN ACT RENAMING FLORIDA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL SITUATED IN BARANGAY FLORIDA, BUTUAN CITY, INTO MARIANA L. PINEDA MEMORIAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
SECTION 1. Renaming of School. — Florida Elementary School, a public elementary school situated in Barangay Florida, Butuan City, is hereby renamed and henceforth shall be known as Mariana L. Pineda Memorial Elementary School. TEHIaA
SECTION 2. Repealing Clause. — All laws, decrees, executive orders and other administrative issuances and parts thereof which are inconsistent with the provision of this Act are hereby modified or superseded accordingly.
SECTION 3. Separability Clause. — If any clause, provision, paragraph or part hereof shall be declared unconstitutional or invalid, it shall not affect the remaining provisions of this Act.
SECTION 4. Effectivity. — This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
