Change of Name of Eastern Samar National Comprehensive High School in Borongan, Eastern Samar
Republic Act No. 8141, enacted on July 16, 1995, officially changes the name of the Eastern Samar National Comprehensive High School in Borongan, Eastern Samar, to Eastern Samar National Polytechnic School. REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8141
AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE EASTERN SAMAR NATIONAL COMPREHENSIVE HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BORONGAN, EASTERN SAMAR, TO EASTERN SAMAR NATIONAL POLYTECHNIC SCHOOL
SECTION 1. The name of the Eastern Samar National Comprehensive High School in the Municipality of Borongan, Eastern Samar, is hereby changed to Eastern Samar National Polytechnic School. cd
SECTION 2. The Eastern Samar National Polytechnic School shall be under the supervision of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
* Lapsed into law on July 16, 1995 without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27 (1) of the Constitution.
