Change of Name of Barrio Sambat in Rosario, Batangas to Lumangbayan
Republic Act No. 189, enacted on June 22, 1947, officially changes the name of barrio Sambat to Lumangbayan in the municipality of Rosario, Batangas. The Act takes effect immediately upon its approval and was enacted without the need for Executive approval. This law was published in the Official Gazette in July 1947.

AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF BARRIO SAMBAT, IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROSARIO, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS, TO LUMANGBAYAN
