REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5333
AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE DAO EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DAO, PROVINCE OF ANTIQUE, TO TOBIAS FORNIER MEMORIAL HOSPITAL
SECTION 1. The name of the Dao Emergency Hospital in the Municipality of Dao, Province of Antique, is hereby changed and hereafter to be known as the Tobias Fornier Memorial Hospital.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Enacted without Executive approval, June 15, 1968.
