MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 375
DESIGNATING THE CHAIRMAN AND MEMBERS OF THE PRESIDENTIAL FACT-FINDING COMMISSION ON GOVERNMENT INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PROJECTS
Pursuant to Executive Order No. 341 dated June 05, 1996, the following are hereby designated to constitute the Presidential Fact-Finding Commission on Government Information Technology Projects:

The Commission is hereby enjoined to immediately convene and perform its tasks as defined in the above-cited Executive Order.
The Commission shall, as far as practicable, submit a monthly progress report to the President through the Executive Secretary and a comprehensive final report within ninety (90) days from its constitution, unless a longer period is needed and approved by the President. cdt
