Cerdena National High School in Cerdena, Malabuyoc, Cebu
Republic Act No. 8778, enacted on April 7, 2000, establishes the Cerdena National High School in Barangay Cerdena, Municipality of Malabuyoc, Cebu. The school will operate under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, which is responsible for making it operational by the first school term after the Act's approval. Funding for the establishment and operation of the school will be included in the General Appropriations Act for the year following its enactment. The Act takes effect immediately upon approval.

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY CERDENA, MUNICIPALITY OF MALABUYOC, CEBU TO BE KNOWN AS THE CERDENA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national high school in Barangay Cerdena, Municipality of Malabuyoc, Cebu to be known as the Cerdena National High School.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall take the necessary steps for the establishment of the school so as to make it operational during the first school term after the effectivity of this Act.
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. prcd
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
