It appears that Monthly Reports of Cases are not correctly accomplished because the back portion of SC Form 01 (Revised July, 1991) particularly Item No. VI-List of Cases Submitted for Decision But Not Yet Decided at the End of the Month is not duly filled in. prcd
All cases submitted for decision but remain undecided at the end of the month whether they are inherited or current cases must be duly reported. If there are no cases submitted for decision, you are directed to indicate "NONE".
Strict compliance hereof is enjoined.
