Republic Act No. 8428, enacted on December 15, 1997, establishes the Capacujan National High School in Barangay Capacujan, Municipality of Palapag, Northern Samar. The school will operate under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, with the goal of commencing operations in the first school term following the law's enactment. Funding for the school will be included in the General Appropriations Act for the year after the law takes effect. REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8428
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY CAPACUJAN, MUNICIPALITY OF PALAPAG, SECOND DISTRICT OF NORTHERN SAMAR, TO BE KNOWN AS THE CAPACUJAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national high school in Barangay Capacujan, Municipality of Palapag, Second District of Northern Samar, to be known as the Capacujan National High School.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall implement this Act so as to make the school in operation during the first school term after the effectivity of this Act. cdt
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
