REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8713
AN ACT ESTABLISHING THE BUYABOD SCHOOL OF ARTS AND TRADE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STA. CRUZ, PROVINCE OF MARINDUQUE, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established under the supervision of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) the Buyabod School of Arts and Trade in the Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Province of Marinduque.
SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
* Lapsed into law on July 16, 1998, without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27(1) of the Constitution.
